Again, an enormous thank-you goes out to our Psalms 19:14 Bible study team, prayer warriors, and most prominently members!!! You guys have been an incredible encouragement during this entire unsteady road and journey, and no words could describe the great thanks we have for you. Though none of this study has gone as planned (Just ask any member!), you all have been so encouraging and patiently have put up with the weeks without service, page errors, and so many other minor complications that were never planned to happen. God is good, and it is thanks to you, our members, that we continue to work towards our advancements and our ultimate goal, to bring the inspirational Word of God and devotionals to you! Thank you SO much!!! We are hopeful and excited to hopefully resume our study without any further problems this Wednesday, and get to hear from you all then!
In the meantime, one of our members found this video she thought was encouraging and wanted to share to each of you so we have decided to post it here . May it be as large a blessing to you as it was for her, and us, and God bless you, our dear, Godly, friends!!
Thank you!! Looking forward to Wednesday! Also, thanks for the video! It was very encouraging for me to know Godly guys like that DO exist out there! Thanks!
So excited for Wednesday!!!! That's an awesome video too. I really love it, and as Taylar said, it's encouraging to know such Godly guys exist out there too and are looking for Godly girls! God bless! Caitlyn Pray
Yessss! SO grateful to be working with you, Caitlyn, and to have gotten to know you through this Bible study! You're one of the most enthusiastic members I know, and the real "engine" that keeps us in line and going, whether we feel like it or not. You're amazing!!! SO super excited for Wednesday too and to hear all of the wonderful comments! Also, I thought the video was good. Brings to mind a challenge.....(get ready, Cait!) What would happen if we acted as reporters and asked some random guys how they'd describe a Godly girl? I wonder what answers we'd find! Haha Just a thought. ;) Love you gals!! ALL of you! <3
Aww thanks, Michelle! Your words are SO sweet and encouraging!! I definitely couldn't do anything with this study without you, or anybody on the team. :) I love you!
Yeah, that is an interesting thought, or "challenge" as you call it. :)I think you'd probably have to ask guys who you know are Christians though, because I imagine just walking up to a guy in Wal-Mart he might just give you a blank stare at the meaning, "Godly". That's a cool idea though! It would be really fun to have a group do that, then share the results here! :)
Well, if we seriously wanted to do that we'd have to discuss it as a whole. It sounds good, but we'd probably have to make an entire new page just dedicated to that. Also, we'd have to see all who would really want to do it. I know we three may think it's cool, but I know alot of members as friends that are pretty shy or rural or just don't have a means of doing it. With that said, I think it you want to do it, go ahead and definitely do it, but we may not air it here, or we could on our Google+ page!
<3 this! Although.....like, just because that was THOSE guys preferences doesn't necessarily make them right, you know? I mean, I love heavy metal, rock, and pop music they probably would NEVER tune in to, but that doesn't make it a sin. Not knocking the video at all, but just saying that we shouldn't all conform to THEIR preferences. Live according to the Bible, and strive to follow GOD, and in the end you'll find your perfect man out there somewhere. <3
You do have a point there, Nicole. Hmm... didn't think about that until now, but you're right. I think as long we're Godly in all we do, it's okay if you like hard rock, or traveling abroad, or snakes, or anything. Just as long as the focus is on God! :)

Yes! I really like that challenge idea. How would we do that?

DeleteYep, you got it Caitlyn.
DeleteP.S. Don't count my XOXOX as creepy, ok? I just needed something to show off my individual personality. :D
ReplyDeleteYeah.....like THAT was ever a problem. XD
DeleteWell... it COULD! I'd rather a guy know that now, versus after the ring.
